Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Technology, or related field 

  • A minimum GPA of 2.1 or higher from an accredited institution.

Previous experience working in a sales or customer facing role advantageous.

2+ years related experience preferable

What You’ll Do

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for leading and running the entire sales cycle for specific customer engagements. You will drive new and incremental revenue by prospecting, acquiring and developing new business with clients.

The role requires developing and maintaining strong customer relationships with customers and partners, that includes building relationships with executives at the C-level (e.g. CIO) as well as other Business and Technical Decision Makers within the customers’ organisations. The key to success in this role is excellent communication and organisational skills. The Sales Executive needs to effectively leverage all the digital tools available and orchestrate with other members of the team to address customer needs and requirements.

We are looking for high-energy, driven professionals with intuition for business and natural sales instincts. You should be a self-starter and have a collaborative work style, with the ability to thrive in a demanding work environment.

 

Responsibilities

  • Be the first contact point for potential customers, deliver a professional first impression, and set the foundation for a long-term customer relationship.
  • Write winning responses to tenders and proposals.
  • Engage with customers across industries to determine needs and identify opportunities to fulfil these needs with Microsoft cloud technologies, including engaging with decision-makers and proactively presenting Spanish Point solutions relevant to their business challenges.
  • Identify and manage new business opportunities for Spanish Point solutions through prospecting into new and existing accounts, while maintaining a “Trusted Advisor” relationship with the customer.
  • Ensure excellence in CRM pipeline management, pipeline hygiene, and sales execution against targets.

 

Required Skills/ Experience

  • Excellent interpersonal and English language communication skills, both verbal and written, to succeed in a customer-facing role.
  • Aptitude to build a good understanding of cloud solutions and services and a strong interest in the intersection of business and technology.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to envisage the customers personal and organisational challenges.
  • A strong team player attitude: this role requires individuals to work within a functional team, as well as with other key stakeholders.
  • Ability to turn customer problems into opportunities.
  • Strong desire to learn and grow sales and technical skills.
