The Dynamics365 bootcamp focuses on the CRM capabilities of Dynamics 365, including the sales, marketing, customer service, project service automation and field service apps through a series of Hands-on Labs and demonstrations.

Cristiane has a degree in Systems Development, a master’s in administration and overall, 14 years’ experience in IT of which over 7 years are in the Microsoft Power Platform. She has a wealth of experience in working with PowerApps customization as well as extending and dealing with multiple stakeholders both face to face and by phone. Cristiane also speaks Portuguese (Native) and English.
